Trinity Garage To Moody Center
Trinity Garage is a mixed-use development located in the heart of Downtown Austin, Texas. The project, which was completed in 2019, includes a 400,000-square-foot office building, a 200,000-square-foot retail and entertainment complex, and a 700-space parking garage. The development is located on a 2.5-acre site bounded by Trinity Street, Fourth Street, and Congress Avenue.
The office building is a Class A office building that features 20 floors of office space, as well as ground-floor retail space. The building is LEED Gold certified and was designed by Gensler. The retail and entertainment complex includes a variety of retail, restaurant, and entertainment options, including a movie theater, a bowling alley, and a food hall. The complex was designed by Michael Graves Architecture & Design.
The parking garage is a seven-story parking garage that provides parking for the office building, the retail and entertainment complex, and the public. The garage was designed by Park Plus.
Trinity Garage is located in a prime location in Downtown Austin, just steps from the Austin Convention Center, the Sixth Street entertainment district, and the Warehouse District. The development is also well-served by public transportation, with the Austin MetroRail Red Line and the Capital Metro bus system both stopping within walking distance of the project.
